The company is a big house. But the Indian management is too timmid to take risks of tv ads and other branding activitis.

The bonding between us is absolutly wonderful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get a handsome salary as compared to other brands.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Nothing much because they feel like this is their honymoon. Where as down the line employees gets exploited.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
First change the Indian management as they try to bring in their relatives and pay them handsomely where as some of the hard working people don't get bare minimum. Then there are employess in the back office who are deadwoods.
