Devasis Ghose — Executive VP, CFO, Treasurer & Corporate Secretary at Reading International

Mr. Devasis Ghose, also known as Dev, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Reading International, Inc. since May 11, 2015 and has been its Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary since March 10, 2016 and April 28, 2016 respectively. Mr. Ghose served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Skilled Healthcare Group, Inc. from March 03, 2008 to July 31, 2013 and as its Executive Vice President from April 01, 2008 July 31, 2013. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Shurgard Storage Centers Inc. from August 2004 to 2006 and its Executive Vice President from September 17, 2004 to 2006. Mr. Ghose is a Certified Public Accountant, served as part of the executive team of Health Care Property Investors, Inc. (HCPI) a public REIT listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:HCP), as Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. At HCPI, he was responsible for the treasury, financial reporting, asset management, financial planning and MIS functions of Shurgard Storage Centers Inc. He was also with Price Waterhouse for 10 years as part of its international and U.S. operations and prior to that, began his career in London with KPMG. For the past year, Mr. Ghose was a Financial Services Partner with Tatum CFO Partners, LLP, a leading provider of financial and technology leadership services to emerging-growth, middle-market and multinational companies. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Delhi, India and received his MBA from the University of California Los Angeles. He is a CPA and a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom.
