Mr. Matthew Benedict Bourke has been Managing Director of Real Estate - Australia & New Zealand at Reading International, Inc. since March 22, 2016. Mr. Bourke served as Director of Real Estate for Australia & New Zealand Operations at Reading International, Inc., since February 2014 until March 22, 2016. He is responsible for all of Reading's real estate development activities and the management of its real estate assets in Australia and New Zealand. He has more than eighteen years of hands-on Australia based real estate development experience. Mr. Bourke joined Reading after nearly six years as a senior executive with Watpac Limited. There, he led a property team focusing primarily on the delivery of mixed-use development projects and the management of its national commercial property portfolio.
