Executive Bio
Mr. Anthony E. Hull serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer at Cartus Partner Corporation. Mr. Hull has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of Realogy Holdings Corp. (also known as Domus Holdings Corp.) since August 2006 and Realogy Group LLC since July 13, 2006. Mr. Hull has overall responsibility for all Realogy Holdings' corporate finance functions along with mergers and acquisitions, business development, investor relations and corporate communications. From December 14, 2007 to February 3, 2008, he served as Chief Accounting Officer at Realogy Group LLC. He served as an Executive Vice President, Finance of Avis Budget Group, Inc. (formerly known as Cendant Corporation) from October 2003 to August 2006. In that role, he had oversight for key finance functions including annual budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning for the Cendant's businesses, analysis of performance variances and capital planning and development. From January 1996 to September 2003, Mr. Hull served as the Chief Financial Officer of DreamWorks LLC for seven years. At DreamWorks, he managed finance, accounting and IT functions. His responsibilities included financial and strategic planning, negotiations of partner alliances and acquisitions, corporate budgeting and control, structuring and execution of finance transactions, treasury and portfolio management, preparation of financial statements, reporting and compliance for investors (debt and equity) and tax and risk management. From 1990 to 1994, he held senior financial executive positions at Paramount Communications, a diversified entertainment and publishing company. From 1984 to 1990, He worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co., Inc. He received the 2013 NJBIZ CFO of the Year award in the large public company category. Mr. Hull received his bachelor's degree from Amherst College and his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.
