Mr. Charles G. Young, also known as Charlie, serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Homeowners Advantage, Inc., ERA Elite Group, Realtors, Inc. and ERA Real Estate. Mr. Young serves as Chief Executive Offer and President of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. Mr. Young has more than 20 years of experience in business management, field operations, marketing and real estate operations. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ERA Franchise Systems LLC from April 2009 to September 1, 2016. Mr. Young was responsible for enhancing the ERA value proposition and the implementation of growth and profitability strategies for member brokers of one of the world's leading residential franchise brokerage networks. He oversees the field services team, operations and national training platform. He joined the ERA Real Estate executive team in February 2009 as Chief Operating Officer. He served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. Prior to joining ERA Real Estate, he served for five years at Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, first as senior vice president, marketing and later as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure, he spearheaded several innovative programs that served as industry firsts while establishing himself as a recognized industry leader. Previously, he gained significant real estate field operations experience when he served as a vice president for then Cendant Mortgage (now PHH Mortgage) where he worked closely with brokers in the ERA, Coldwell Banker?? and CENTURY 21?? systems to implement private-labeled mortgage programs. Before moving to real estate, Mr. Young held executive positions at Frequency Marketing Inc., Foote, Cone & Belding Direct, Bell Atlantic (Verizon) Directory Services and the New Jersey Nets. Mr. Young is a 1987 graduate of Emory University.
