Elisabeth W. Gehringer — Senior VP and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at Realogy Holdings

Ms. Elisabeth W. Gehringer has been Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President at Realogy Holdings Corp. since 2006. Ms. Gehringer works closely with the Audit Committee of the Realogy Board of Directors. Under her leadership as chief ethics and compliance officer, Realogy has been recognized by Ethisphere Institute as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies?? for four consecutive years from 2012 to 2015. Previously, She served in a dual role as general counsel for the Realogy Franchise Group while maintaining her enterprise-wide compliance and ethics responsibilities from 2007 to 2012. She joined Realogy's predecessor company in 2004. Prior to joining Realogy, Ms. Gehringer served as an Associate and Counsel with Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., where she handled litigation and provided business counsel to various clients of the firm. She worked in sales and marketing at Ford Motor Co. Ms. Gehringer served on Ethisphere Institute's 2014 Global Ethics Summit Advisory Board and is a frequent speaker at industry events. She is a member of professional organizations including the CEB Compliance and Ethics Leadership Council, the Ethics and Compliance Officer Association, the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Ms. Gehringer graduated from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Citizen's Academy in 2009. She is involved with the Transparency International Corporate Forum, is on the Global Customer Advisory Board of SAI Global and served on the Board of the 2014 Special Olympics USA National Games. She is a past recipient of the Forty Under 40 Award from NJBIZ magazine. She is admitted to practice law in three states and is admitted to the International Association of Defense Counsel. She graduated from Georgetown University and before returning to Georgetown University Law Center for her J.D.
