Fred Schmidt — President & COO of Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates LLC at Realogy Holdings

Mr. Fred Schmidt has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Island Corporate Services and Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates LLC since February 2010. Mr. Schmidt leads this growing franchise system that has 151 pure commercial real estate offices and more than 2,200 commercial real estate professionals operating in 35 countries worldwide, including key additions in the New York City and Atlanta markets. Mr. Schmidt is a veteran commercial real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience in the industry and held posts with Realogy Corporation and Coldwell Banker Commercial for seven years. Mr. Schmidt serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of CBC Affiliates LLC. Mr. Schmidt served as President of ONCOR International, LLC (AKA Oncor International Realty LLC) since February 2010. Mr. Schmidt served as Senior Vice President of the Realogy Global Client Solutions group from 2008 to 2010, where he led the proactive development of client relationships and sourcing of business development opportunities on behalf of Realogy's commercial real estate entities. Additionally, he was responsible for overseeing the specialty groups including corporate services, hospitality, multi-family, property management, retail and Real Estate Owned (REO). Mr. Schmidt joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in 2003 as Vice President of Business Development and Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations for two years. He served as first Vice President of Corporate Services for CB Richard Ellis and was responsible for providing a broad base of advisory services to public and private sector clients requiring multi-market, multi-project real estate services. His 21-year tenure with CBRE included both sales and management roles in the Central New Jersey and Hartford, Conn., markets. He served as Managing Director for United Systems Integrators Corporation, where he was responsible for its corporate real estate services and new business development in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware and the Ohio Valley. He serves as a Director for the Summit (N.J.) YMCA. He is a Member of CoreNet Global. Mr. Schmidt earned his Bachelor's degree from Seton Hall University.
