Nick Bailey — President & Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC at Realogy Holdings

Mr. Nick Bailey has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Century 21 Real Estate LLC since August 16, 2017. Mr. Bailey has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC at Realogy Holdings Corp. since August 2017. He served as Vice President of Business Strategy at Market Leader, Inc., since November 15, 2012. He served as Vice President and Regional Director of Re/Max Southwest at RE/MAX, LLC since 2011. Mr. Bailey served as Vice President and Area Director of Eastern U S at RE/MAX International, Inc. since January 2010. Mr. Bailey has been licensed in real estate sales since 1996. He joined RE/MAX Mountain States as a management consultant in April of 2001, was promoted to senior management consultant in April 2003 and was named assistant regional director in August 2003. He became Regional Director of RE/MAX Central and Northern Ohio as well as the RE/MAX Western Pennsylvania division in January 2004 and was promoted to Vice President in July 2004. He oversaw all franchise operations and personnel in those company operated Regions. After 11 years at RE/MAX world headquarters, where he helped drive agent growth and retention, he joined Zillow in 2012. In his most recent role as Vice President, Broker Relations, he provided innovative online technology and marketing solutions for real estate professionals and drove the expansion of products and services through partnerships, business development and broadening of brand awareness across the industry. Mr. Bailey's journey in real estate began at 17 when he purchased commercial property. From there, his fascination with real estate grew stronger, becoming licensed at 21 years old and becoming a broker shortly thereafter. He built a successful real estate career including buying three houses by the age of 23, learning at a young age that the value of an agent is not in the data but the professional service, knowledge and negotiation skills. During his career as a real estate agent at Real Estate Connection GMAC in Powell, Wyoming, Bailey was a million-dollar producer and was named 'Highest Residential Producer in 1999.' He was the designated commercial real estate broker/manager and handled contract negotiations/interpretation, financial analysis and property management. He also served as office manager and associate broker from 1996 to 2001 and was an officer and director of Park County Board of Realtors. He was voted 1996 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce, Powell, Wyoming. He is a member of both the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS and holds the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) designation. Mr. Bailey earned a Bachelor of Science (BA) degree in Business Administration from Montana State University and completed Associate of Science degree at Northwest College. He is also a graduate of Wyoming Real Estate Institute.
