Mr. Philip A. White, Jr., serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President at New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty. Mr. White has been the Chief Executive Officer of Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC since February 2013 and has been its President since April 2010. Mr. White has 24 years of unique real estate industry experience, having served in both management positions for the brand as well as an affiliate broker/owner within Sotheby's International Realty?? network. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC since July 2004. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sotheby's International Realty, Inc. He served as a Managing Broker of the Buckhead office in Atlanta for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, one of the most successful offices in the NRT LLC organization worldwide. Prior to this role, he exemplified entrepreneurial spirit by owning an independent real estate firm called Philip White Properties, Inc., a Sotheby's International Realty?? affiliate. From 1980 to 1988, he served several positions within Sotheby's International Realty??, Inc. and served as its Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for the Southeast and was responsible for developing a network of affiliated brokers and listing and marketing properties in cooperation with affiliated brokers. He developed and managed a high-end local brokerage business in the Atlanta market for it. His early career included a stint in the finance industry where he worked for SunTrust Bank trading government and municipal bonds. Mr. White served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce/Finance from the University of Virginia in 1978.
