She served as Chief Operating Officer at Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie Real Estate. She has more than 30 years of real estate experience, including, significant senior management positions in the areas of sales, marketing, new technologies and franchise management. She served as Chief Operating Officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation LLC since December 4, 2006. She served as President of Real Living. She serves as Vice Chairman of the real estate services advisory board at NAR. She serves as Vice Chair of the national board of directors at Rebuilding Together and has been its Director since December 6, 2012. She serves as on the advisory boards for Realtor.com. She serves as Member of Advisory Board of Prudential California Reality and Google Real Estate. She served as a Member of Broker Advisory Board at Zillow Group, Inc. (alternative name Zillow, Inc.) since July 2008. She served as a Member of Advisory Board of Trulia, Inc. (also called as Trulia.com), since December 2006. Ms. Chris is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario and holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Ivey School of Business.
