Susan Yannaccone — President & CEO of ERA Franchise Systems LLC at Realogy Holdings

Ms. Susan Yannaccone, also known as Sue, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of ERA Franchise Systems LLC since September 1, 2016 and previously served its Chief Operating Officer from July 2015 to September 1, 2016. Ms. Yannaccone serves as Vice President of Operations at GMAC Real Estate, L.L.C. She is responsible for non technology related franchise operations, policies and procedures, implementation of strategic initiatives and cross enterprise-wide functions within the Real Living network of real estate offices. She serves as Director of Contract Administration for Real Living. She served as Senior Vice President of Network Services at Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Inc. Previously, Ms. Yannaccone served as Vice President of Network Services at Brookfield Residential Property Services. She served as Vice President of operations for Real Living from 2010 to 2012. She is a 17-year industry veteran with impressive leadership experience in franchise management and real estate brokerage operations. She served as Senior Vice President of network services for HSF Affiliates, LLC. She served as Vice President of Operations for Real Living Real Estate. Ms. Yannaccone joined GMAC Residential in 2001 as a Risk Analyst, where she interfaced with managers and personnel throughout various departments to analyze gaps and define solutions in their business processes that potentially exposed the enterprise to both internal and external risks. Beginning in 2003 and continuing until the its merger with Real Living, Ms. Yannaccone served as Director of Contract Administration for GMAC Real Estate. Before joining GMAC Residential, she worked in commercial real estate sales for both Newmark/JGT Commercial Real Estate and Colliers Houston International in New Jersey. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Clemson University.
