Executive Bio
Mr. T. J. Chun has been Vice President of Investments at Realty Income Corporation since December 10, 2015 and also has been its Head of Asset Management since December 2017. Mr. Chun oversees Realty Income's asset management activities, including investment property sales and value-add real estate projects. Mr. Chun joined Realty Income in May 2014 as Associate Vice President of Portfolio Acquisitions. Prior to joining Realty Income, he spent over six years in New York. He worked in real estate investment banking at Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Chun also served as a Research Associate at Oppenheimer Funds, covering REITs, financials, and consumer stocks. In addition, his professional experience includes serving as Research Associate at AB Value Management LLC, researching special situation opportunities with a focus on operating company and real estate valuations for its hedge fund. Mr. Chun received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with concentrations in Finance and Economics from Boston College, and a Masters in Business Administration from Yale University.
