Reborn hires smart. It's hard to get in, but the people that work there is the reason people stay. They say that they hire for character and train for skill.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of the company is the big draw. There are a lot of high fives, pats on the backs and team building activities. It's a great mix of white and blue collar team members that are all smart, humble and hungry.
