Dennis Barnes Jr. — Chief Executive Officer of RGAx at Reinsurance Group of America

Mr. Dennis Barnes, Jr., has been Chief Executive Officer of RGAx of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since August 22, 2017. Mr. Barnes served as the President of Health Services at KBM Group LLC until January 16, 2017. Mr. Barnes founded KBM Group: Health Services (also known as Marketing Direct, Inc. (MDI) )in 1997 and served as its President, an integrated marketing services company focused on the healthcare industry that KBM Group acquired in December 2010. Mr. Barnes has more than 20 years in the direct marketing field. He served as Chief Client Officer of Wunderman Health, a digital agency for life insurance, pharmaceutical, medical devices and other health and wellness verticals. He more than two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and innovator in insurance direct marketing. He served as Vice President of the American Parkinson Disease Association. He served as a Director of Ehouse Global, Inc. since November 2013 until December 31, 2013. He serves as Vice-Chairman on the University of Missouri Strategic Development Board and is serving his second year on the Board of Directors of the Magic House in St. Louis. He served as the President of the St Louis Chapter of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO). A frequent author and speaker, Mr. Barnes has been featured in such publications as Inc. Magazine, St. Louis Commerce Magazine, Fast Forward, St. Louis Business Journal and St. Louis Small Business Monthly. His awards and accomplishments include being recognized internationally by Ernst & Young as the 2000 Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year and being honored as the 2003 Direct Marketer of the Year by the St. Louis Chapter of the Direct Marketing Association. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Missouri ' Columbia and holds a certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Birthing of Giants program, which focuses on entrepreneurial development.
