Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I can see other people working in better stores who don't even know how to manage things and work, they are there just because of favourism and I am here wasting my potential in a dead zone store with no business
Pay scales must be increase and accommodation to be provided to ever employee
