Open to autonomy; provide the tools and resources to do my job. Great compensation.

Very smart and enthusiastic people; love that everyone see's their work as a craft always trying to get better and improve. Open to collaboration and ideas, low ego and high EQ.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is open to testing and learning; don't see missteps as failure but opportunity to learn and improve. Autonomy is important enabling people to make decisions and adjust strategy their own way, as long as they hit their targets and goals. I love this because everyone works different.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was diligent process; spoke to lots of people that let me get a feeling for the culture and team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most happy to work with fun and smart people. Every call and meeting brings energy not drains it.
