Cathy McGlynn — Global Finance Director at Resource Solutions
Executive Bio
Cathy began her career in Finance in 2000 as an Auditor, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 2003.
Over the next five years she built her experience in a range of different industries, before moving to the Robert Walters Group in 2006.
She has held a number of positions within the Group, where her primary responsibility has been to support the growth of Resource Solutions, the Group’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business, and assist in the management of the UK finance function, including budgeting; the production of management and statutory reporting; taxation; and directly managing her team.
Cathy was promoted to her current role as Global Finance Director for Robert Walters UK & Resource Solutions in 2018. In her new role, Cathy is responsible for finance activity and strategy across the global Resource Solutions business.
