Hazel Lancashire — Managing Director, APAC at Resource Solutions
Executive Bio
Hazel joined Resource Solutions in 2015 as Operations Director, coming from an in-house role with a global Swiss bank, to take on the extensive remit of global RPO and MSP programmes for our largest multinational investment bank and financial services client.
With a move to APAC, Hazel assumed the role Regional Senior Operations Director in 2017 and has been pivotal in the development and launch of Resource Solutions’ offering in India, as well as the accelerated scaling of our Hyderabad and Manila Global Service Centres (GSC’s). Hazel has worked across multiple jurisdictions and managed a diverse portfolio of clients that can attest to her expertise, capability and dedication to operational excellence.
Hazel was promoted to Managing Director, APAC in early 2022 and currently heads-up our APAC business. She is responsible for the strategic direction, streamlining of operations, as well as leading a rapidly growing and incredibly diverse team of solutions-focused talent professionals. Hazel is particularly focused on supporting and developing Resource Solutions APAC talent and creating an inclusive environment that can provide a lifetime of opportunity for everyone.
Originally from the UK, Hazel has resided in Singapore for five years. She spends her time cycling, and walking her Dachshund, Zia and now that we can all start to travel, continues to explore Asia and the amazing cultural diversity across the APAC region – especially the food!
