Jessica Holt is our Global Head of Workforce Consultancy. She joined Resource Solutions and our Global Leadership Team in 2021 to establish our Workforce Consultancy function and consolidate our Employed Consultant Model (ECM) offering.
Jessica joined us from Capita Resourcing and has more than 20 years’ experience of managing permanent hiring (RPO), temporary and contingent hiring (MSP) and PSL graduate and consultancy ‘Statement of Work’ services within banking and financial Services, public sector, retail and manufacturing. In that time, she has been responsible for the operational management of multiple regional offices and delivery hubs, hundreds of employees and thousands of contractors, and £800m of revenue spend.
