Kirsty joined Resource Solutions from network telecommunications provider, Openreach where she led a team of HR business partners supporting the business and cultural transformation of their delivery teams of over 4,500 employees.
Kirsty has a wealth of experience in human resources and talent management at British Telecommunications giant, BT. Kirsty was responsible for the appointments & selection process and talent retention approach for the record breaking £12 billion acquisition of EE mobile by BT. During Kirsty’s tenure, BT was ranked on LinkedIn’s Top Companies to Work For list in the UK.
Since joining Resource Solutions in 2018 as Global HR Director, Kirsty has launched our Smart Working policy globally, deployed an industry-leading maternity policy in the UK, and spearheads Resource Solutions’ Diversity and Inclusion agenda.
In 2021 Kirsty was appointed Chief People & Culture Officer leading a global team developing and implementing HR strategy, programming and policies to drive Resource Solutions’ high-performance and values orientated culture. Kirsty leads our efforts to enhance Resource Solutions’ cultural transformation to embed the brand’s values into the business’ recruitment, management, and people development practices globally.
