Mairianne is our Head of Sales, Solutions and Bids in Asia Pacific.
With 12 years’ APAC experience, and a remit covering 14 countries, Mairianne is exceptionally well-versed at understanding local and regional talent market nuances to create bespoke, robust solutions that impact the entire talent value chain.
Having previously worked as a HR Management Consultant at Deloitte, her commercial mind-set and reputation for solving acutely difficult talent acquisition challenges, has enabling accelerated growth for our client partners in region, and globally.
Mairianne is responsible for end-to-end solutions design, spearheads our new sales, and advances our current client expansion agenda.
Beginning her career as a classically trained Musician, which turned to a brief stint on reality TV, Mairianne’s life turned to bringing that passion and creativity to the workplace. Her downtime is spent lifting weights, ferrying her kids around to activities and annoying her partner.
