Global Legal Director Rob Dyson is responsible for Resource Solutions’ legal function on a global scale, working with teams based in London, Dublin, Johannesburg and Singapore. A core aspect of his role is identifying and preparing for changes in law and regulation that will impact the recruitment landscape.
Rob has a keen interest in broader organisational risk management and compliance strategies, and has expertise in structuring multi-jurisdictional outsourcing transactions, employment law, and recruitment regulation.
Prior to joining the Robert Walters Group in 2012, Rob worked as a corporate restructuring lawyer for a leading law firm, supporting clients to optimise and reenergise their businesses. Rob is a graduate of Cardiff University and holds a Masters in Law focused on Commercial Law & Corporate Governance.
