Rory has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years in global roles working across sales, consulting and operations. Before re-joining Resource Solutions as CTO in 2021 Rory was Managing Director of a specialist digital RPO/MSP provider where he successfully grew the business and relaunched the brand. His unique and innovative approach has led to numerous industry firsts in client sectors and technology partnerships. His passion for user-configured SaaS technology supports Resource Solutions preeminent position in recruitment technology intellectual property and innovation. Rory enjoys mentoring a number of technology start-ups with go to market and technology roadmap advice. Rory is a proud dyslexic and promotes neurodiversity in his teams and businesses.
