Kristin Thomas — Managing Director, USA at Resource Solutions

Kristin has more than 20 years’ experience in outsourced recruitment. She joins from AMS, where she worked for seven years, most recently as Client Services Managing Director for the US. She managed key client relationships, operations and delivery, as well as the regional Talent Acquisition team, RPO projects and the build-out and implementation of the company’s Latin American operations. Prior to joining AMS, Kristin worked for Randstad Sourceright in various roles, including VP of Client Services for the Midwest and Canada, and VP of Operations and shared services.???

Some of Kristin’s achievements during her career include building a large-scale internal virtual contractor workforce from 50 to 800 employees, and launching a shared services group that included sourcing, assessment services, compliance, reporting and internal recruitment. She also managed the technology, retail, telecommunications, defence, engineering, energy and aviation sectors.

Kristin lives in Florida with her three children (Summer, Lily and Liam), her husband Todd and their dog, Buster. Her favourite hobby is anything that involves her family, which is often soccer related.
