Mr. Maddock served as Executive Vice President of Inside Sales and Client Operations at Servicesource Corporation. He was responsible for managing ServiceSource's inside sales organization for all clients. From 1998 to 2004, he served as Vice President of Worldwide Service Sales at PeopleSoft. Prior to PeopleSoft, he held a management role with KPMG Consulting in their Financial Services Strategy and Operations division. Before joining KPMG, Mr. Maddock held a management position at Accenture (formerly, Andersen Consulting) with responsibility for managing multimillion-dollar software development and implementation projects. He is a 22 year software support services and technology industry veteran, with significant experience building, developing and leading global support services sales teams with annual revenue commitments over one billion dollars. Mr. Maddock holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
