He was also responsible for information security, supply chain management and procurement and supported the successful sale of Comverse's billing business to Amdocs Limited in July 2015. Mr. Sabol had extensive public company financial and operational leadership experience at high-tech organizations. He served as a Director of Suntron Corporation from July 2004 to April 15, 2009 and Plexus Corp. from 2002 to August 31, 2003. Mr. Sabol is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Marquette University.
