Mr. Thomas C. Shay has been the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Rimini Street, Inc. since August 2012 and has been its Secretary since August 2006. Mr. Shay served as the Chief Technology Officer of Rimini Street Inc. since October 2005 until October 2006 and also serves as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Shay has more than 15 years of experience in the Technology Industry. Most recently, he oversaw all OEM Sales Engineering for Sun Microsystems in Asia Pacific. His responsibilities included all Technical Sales, Support and Major Licensing of Sun Microsystems Technology to Asia Pacific Customers and directing Sun's OEM Sales Engeeniring teams in Japan, China, Korea and Singapore. He also served as a Member of the Sun Microsystems CPU Engineering Team, responsible for the Design and Sustained Engineering of high performance SPARC Microprocessors. Mr. Shay has been a Director of Rimini Street, Inc. since August 2006. Mr. Shay studied B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of California at Los Angeles and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
