- What are some of the best things about your team?The team is intelligent, driven, caring, compassionate, resourceful and gritty. It is a pleasure to work with anyone on the team. People go above and beyond in their roles and show up for one another. There is very much a culture of "go, go, do, do"-- it can be hard to keep up with. Burnout is real.
