As SVP of People, Kim Tingler sets the strategic direction and the agenda for the People Function at Rokt.
Prior to this role, Kim served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for A+E Networks where she helped transform the organization from a collection of cable channels, to a multiplatform, multimedia, multi-genre content creator. After starting her career in finance with General Electric, Kim transitioned to HR and spent over 15 years leading People teams in both public and private companies.
Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management from Hartwick College. She lives in Mamaroneck, NY with her husband and three children.
