Simon Curran is a passionate leader with over 25 years of global experience in marketing, innovation, and leadership development. As Chief Development and Culture Officer at Rokt, Simon focuses on enhancing the company’s leadership capabilities and expanding learning and development initiatives. He is a former founder, board director, and high-performance coach of the All Blacks Performance Labs, bringing his expertise in building high-performing teams and coaching to his role.
He co-founded and was the CEO of Bastion Shine, a creative consultancy based in Auckland, and also co-founded Propel Performance Group, a human capital and coaching firm. Simon’s career includes senior roles at Saatchi & Saatchi and Lion Nathan, where he developed his skills in strategic marketing and business transformation.
Outside of work, Simon is a dedicated husband and father of three daughters, channeling the same passion for growth and creativity into his family life.
