Just the right balance of professional and creative. Everyone can be themselves!

What can this brand most improve?

Please care for your customers. Please follow thru. I am a customer that has been with root for a while, not the greatest company. Claim handlers do not care for their customers nor does root. My car was stolen found and know going on 3 months waiting on repairs. I am doing the job/ getting info.
