Mr. Alan j. Slobodnik serves as the Chief of Leadership Development at Ropes & Gray LLP. Mr. Slobodnik has been the Head of Leadership Development and Coaching for Ropes & Gray LLP for six years. He supports the development of partners, associates and staff throughout their careers at Ropes & Gray LLP. He is involved in numerous firm initiatives having to do with leadership development, collaboration, culture, planning and change. He was a Co-Founder of Options for Change LLC. He has a 20 year career as a family therapist, including co-directorship of the Kantor Family Institute. He is a Member of the Staff Senior Leadership Team. Mr. Alobodnik did MSW from Boston University in 1976 and SB from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1969.
