Ms. Gabrielle E. Higgins serves as Partner of Intellectual Property Group at Ropes & Gray LLP. Ms. Higgins joined Ropes & Gray as a result of its 2005 merger with Fish & Neave, which she had been associated with since 1989. Ms. Higgins has experience litigating patent infringement, trade secret, trademark and copyright actions and ITC proceedings. She handles prosecution matters and counsels clients on intellectual property portfolio management. Her Memberships & Affiliations include American Intellectual Property Law Association, California Bar Association, Intellectual Property Section, Silicon Valley Intellectual Property Law Association and International Trademark Association. She holds J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1989 and B.A. in Premedical Studies, English from College of the Holy Cross 1985.
