Mr. David C. Sullivan is a Partner in the Corporate Department at Ropes & Gray LLP. Mr. Sullivan has been with the firm since 1994. His practice focuses on the representation of financial services firms, including registered investment companies, private investment pools, registered investment advisers and broker-dealers. Mr. Sullivan represents a number of non-U.S. investment advisory firms. He is a Member of the Boston Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association. He was admitted to practice Law in Massachusetts in 1994. Mr. Sullivan received a J.D. in 1994 from the Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a contributed to the Journal of Transnational Law. Mr. Sullivan also received a B.A. in Computer Science, magna cum laude, from the Brown University.
