Ms. Martha C. Poulter has been Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd since December 2017. Ms. Poulter served as the Chief Information Officer and Vice President for GE Capital Global Holdings, LLC (also known as General Electric Capital Corporation) from August 2010 to 2014. Ms. Poulter was a key leader in shaping GE Capital's IT strategy in the new regulatory environment. She was responsible for further integrating the best of GE Capital's IT applications, infrastructure and resources across all consumer and commercial platforms. She was 14-year GE veteran and has served a range of information technology and e-Business leadership roles across GE Capital. She served as the Chief Information Officer of GE Capital's Americas Pole, where she was responsible for driving global digitization strategy, organization and delivery of customer value through technology. She has been an Independent Non-Executive Director at Firstgroup plc since May 26, 2017. She completed her MBA from the University of New Haven and received her BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
