What is the best part about your compensation package?

the best part is the time off we are allowed to take

Fair pay, appropriate differentials for weekend work

I feel like they do not cater to my needs

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Yes I do actually seems like money is more important

I haven't got a raise since working here for a year. They never let me use any of my PTO because they play favoritism and only let their favorites use it. They didn't even let me use PTO for my court date. They are always switching up rules everyday and verbally abuse me. I am stressed to tears.
