The interview was fine but after working there and being harrassed by supervisor s and HR not doing anything about it , I truly hate this company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing positive about this company. They have me feeling like I'm walking in egg shells everyday and I feel like any day I will get fired for no reason even though I'm working my hardest and doing a good job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't got a raise since working here for a year. They never let me use any of my PTO because they play favoritism and only let their favorites use it. They didn't even let me use PTO for my court date. They are always switching up rules everyday and verbally abuse me. I am stressed to tears.
