Better care of patients and less focused on making money

Communication and understanding of what patient focused staff actually do and what our priorities are and need to be- patient care not satisfaction surveys or surveyor teams

Yes I do actually seems like money is more important

I haven't got a raise since working here for a year. They never let me use any of my PTO because they play favoritism and only let their favorites use it. They didn't even let me use PTO for my court date. They are always switching up rules everyday and verbally abuse me. I am stressed to tears.
