We get along and are willing to work together.
We stick together when things get hard, there's some things that we have to challenge into the department, and we look out for each other

it is a good environment to work for
The way my supervisor interacts with employees is impressive
There is nothing positive about this company. They have me feeling like I'm walking in egg shells everyday and I feel like any day I will get fired for no reason even though I'm working my hardest and doing a good job.
Most everyone's heart is in the right place, the desire to help others.
They need better policies, and say what they mean, not sugar coating

the prayer, when I got hired on we prayed before the interview
The interview was fine but after working there and being harrassed by supervisor s and HR not doing anything about it , I truly hate this company.

Working with colleagues who respect and value me as a person and work as a team
