Kenneth B. Sawyer — Co-founder & MD at Saints Capital

Mr. Kenneth B. Sawyer, also known as Ken, is a Co-founder and Managing Director at Saints Capital. He Co-Founded Saints' direct secondary activities with Mr. Quinlivan in 2000. Prior to this, Mr. Sawyer was the Head of Strategic Advisory Services and Mergers and Acquisitions at Volpe Brown Whelan & Co. He advised over 100 companies on strategic issues, assisted in completing over 50 M&A transactions totaling several billion dollars, assisted in completing several strategic private placements and IPOs. Prior to this, he was a Partner at Colman Partners and a Principal at Colman Furlong & Co. Mr. Sawyer serves as the Managing Director at Saints Capital Chamonix. He served as Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Prudential Volpe Technology Group. Mr. Sawyer served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of New Image Industries, Inc. He served as Chairman of ClearGauge, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Sawyer also has Operating experience as a Founder and Chief Executive Officer of several small private companies. He began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. Mr. Sawye serves as a Director of Merisel Inc. since March 23, 2011. He serves as a Director of Vidyo, Inc., Coloredge, Orsense, Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group, Inc. and Acsis, Inc. Mr. Sawye has been a Director of Continuous Computing Corporation since January 09, 2007. He served as a Director of New Image Industries, Inc. since July 1995 and Probil AS. Mr. Sawye served as a Director at Travel Intelligence Ltd. He served on the Board of Hope Street Group and Woodrow Wilson Center, Latin America Board.
