Transparent, communicative, accessible, great alignment, and supportive
Leadership is accessible and transparent, with a willingness to listen and engage in meaningful conversations. I also like that they challenge each other and the team; it makes for healthy debate and ultimately better business decision making!

Compensation is good and competitive, wide variety of financial and non-financial benefits

Ability to meet with several people from different functions and get their perspective

The people I get to work with
I really appreciate the autonomy that my boss gives me to build and create at work. He's hands off enough, but also around and available to support me when I need it.
