Innovative yet skewed at times
I love that it is not a super strict work environment and while they encourage good work ethic, the company makes it satisfying to work for

It is very good culture at the office
The work environment is slow meaning a lot of down time, but it’s ok because the team gets along and we find ways to pass time while making
