They have allowed me to grow and learn from a few mistakes along the way. I can say it is a very family oriented company. Its been a relief Financially & health wise knowing that during this Covid-19 pandemic that the polices in place allowed us to keep working.

The STI's are good. They show me that my performance means something.

When I see someone succeed that I have had a part in with training them.

They are always encouraging the employee's to be the best. giving us the tools we need to succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always thinking of how to better things that we are doing. Never afraid to speak their minds or share idea's.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I got all the details and information I needed in order to make the decision to work for Saputo and to not find out later it was not as they said.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They challenge me to step out of my comfort zone. Not directly but indirectly. I am included in a lot of decisions which allows me to feel more a part of a team.
