They challenge me to step out of my comfort zone. Not directly but indirectly. I am included in a lot of decisions which allows me to feel more a part of a team.

Most of them are knowledgeable

The managers are nice to you

It could be better if all of the departments would communicate with each other

The STI's are good. They show me that my performance means something.

The insurance is what means the most to me.

It isn't expensive and the coverage is perfect

I think its the overall wanting to succeed at what you do.

It is very diverse and people are trustworthy

That I got all the details and information I needed in order to make the decision to work for Saputo and to not find out later it was not as they said.

When I see someone succeed that I have had a part in with training them.
