What does the leadership team need to get better at?
listening to staff and collaborate on improving staff hours/schedule and pt schedule. Only DCS know the floor/pts. Utilize their expertise.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Time to attend Webex meetings in regards to training/benefits in webex meetings. Significant decrease in retirement match, increase in health insurance premiums, having to wait almost a year to receive retention bonus, only 2.5% increase in pay after having worked 16hr days, short staffed
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team work and positive attitude to create a safe environment for our patients.
