Saudi Aramco or Saudi Arabia in general is extremely a discriminative company/country. Your salary will be based on your passport and not skills or education. Being from a third world country, my compensation is a penny compared to my western counterparts in Aramco.

Treat their coworkers fairly regardless to nationality.

SAUDI ARABIA's culture and company's culture made it worst... discrimination to the highest level.

Management should appreciate their junior employees and treat each employee fairly regardless of grade code and nationality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Provide good basic salary to poor asian employees like Filipinos, Indian and other third world countries expat employees. Give them what they deserved and stop treating western employees like gods.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Management is partial and not fair to their expats employees, likewise not fair to the junior employees. Senior employees get more promotion, merit increase and other extra benefits geared towards them... VERY UNFAIR COMPANY...
