We work with staffing agencies so you already know your job before you ever interview for a permanent position and the management make you feel comfortable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We do a lot of giving back to our community. There are a lot of opportunities to donate our time and money to help people. This company really does care.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My boss just recently in our weekly meeting challenged us to make the meeting more efficient. What can we remove what can we skip. Try and come up with how we get the most out of our time. Nothing is meaningless in this job.
