The support and care from those around me. I genuinely feel like the people at this company want to see you succeed and have your best interests at heart.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed meeting with those on my team as well as a cross-functional partner. It gave me a better idea of the overall company culture during the interview process.
