They create a culture where people feel safe to push back and collaborate. They are vocal about their mistakes and help people understand how to not do the same again in the future.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview questions were pertinent to what I'd actually do on my job. I was interviewed by people who'd be peers or managers, and interviewed cross functionally. I loved receiving an itinerary with all of the interviewer's names and the purpose of each interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The founders use every one of their failures as an opportunity to be vulnerable and grow as individuals and help us grow as employees. Whether it's an email or a few words in a meeting, failure is done transparently and without stigma so that it becomes growth.

I know that my company is not only succeeding, but doing something good for the world and the environment. Even if I'm facing a complex challenge in my work, trusting that the experts around me are all chugging towards making a positive difference in the world helps me get through.
