They are always eager to show appreciation for others' work/projects/ideas.

Colleagues are very supportive of others, but always push them to keep their learning curve steep.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open. They don't hide decision-making behind closed doors, but share their process, anticipate questions from other teams and answer them before being asked.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got so much personal attention from the recruiter which made my time feel valued. I was also given ample opportunities to learn about the company and understand the role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is good, but all other perks take away a lot stress in addition to adding to compensation. Lunch/snacks at work, education/gym stipends, flexible hours all make the week a lot easier.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited to come into work, because I learn so much everyday. I'm encouraged to pursue my ideas and scope out my own projects which helps me try, fail, learn and improve.
